It's kinda weird really. First Adeline and I don't look alike at all. How can anyone mix our names up? It has happened to almost every teacher that taught us and some of our new friends as well.

I watched this movie during my final exam period so I only remembered to post about it now. Thanks to my lousy memory.
Warning : This is a touching drama. I've cried a bucket of tears watching it. Do not watch if you hate touchy dramas.

This drama is based on a true story. The life of Aya Kito, who suffered spinocerebellar degeneration desease. She kept writing in her diary to remember her experiences until she could no longer hold a pen. Aya simply wished to live until the end of her life, and the purpose of writing in the diary was to remind herself to not give up. She shed tears many times, at the same time encompassed by the rich love and support from her family and friends. Her diary 1 Litre of Tears was published shortly before her death. It encouraged many people, healthy or diseased, because of its inspiring and courageous messages. As Aya wrote, "Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing."
That's the true story. But as usual. In a drama, there's gotta be romance. So... Tadaa!!! Asou-kun appears! Yay!!! Yeah right. Don't be too happy. His appearance did not make the drama more lively. His own life story made me cry too. How's that supposed to be happy? And in the end, Aya couldn't be with him. So, this is NOT a happy drama at all. But for those who lost their fighting spirit, you need to watch this. You'll get it back.

This has got to be the funniest manga I've ever read. The art work's not fantastic but the plot is amusing and funny. If you like comedy or Ouran High School Host Club, I'll recommend this. If you like bishonens, this is good too.
A girl named Sunako confessed to her crush and was turned down.
"I hate ugly girls."
Since that day, she has distanced herself from the society and stayed at home in her dark room with scary decoration. Her hobby later became watching ghost movies. And she has never take care of her features or look in the mirror for almost two years.
It's their (the four bishonens) mission to change her into a lady. Why must they be involve in this? They can simply walk away from it right? Well, no. Her aunt. A crazy Japanese woman travelling the world in the search of love or also known as, their landlady has decided to let them stay in her mansion for free if they succeed. They, who have all been "abandoned" by their parents have no choice but to accept it.
Little did they know how difficult it was. This girl Sunako, is afraid of light. She calls them "radiant beings" as they are as I told you, bishonens and they unnaturally seem to shine in Sunako's eyes. So, her nose bleeds everytime they come near her.
She also hides her face with her long fringe to prevent anyone from seing her face.
I guess you know what happens later...
One of the guys pinned her down to reveal her face. To their delight, Sunako’s actually really hot! Wait. No. She's the exact opposite.

What? I just finished reading the whole set. WHAT??? First he (the author) killed off L. Then he killed off Yagami Raito a.k.a. Light a.ka. KIRA. And made him look so pathetic too. Why??? Those were my two most favourite characters in Death Note.
Oh well.. It was a great manga to read. For those who plan on reading it. Sorry for the spoilers. I hope it didn't ruin your mood. Don't read ahead if you hate spoilers.
1. Yagami Raito a.k.a Light found this book. Death Note, that was dropped by Shinigami Ryuk.
2. He finds out that it has the power to kill people by writing down their names.
3. He kills off all the villains.
4. L tries to catch him.
5. Lights wins and kills L.
6. Light takes over the position of L. Giving him an advantage. He just needs to fool the police force.
7. Mello and Near appears!
8. They fight!
9. Near and Mello won. But Ryuk killed Light.
10. Kira's supporters mourn on the 28th of January (i think.)
That's not really accurate. I'm too lazy to type now and I don't wanna give you too much spoillers. It's bad for your health.
Anyway, this manga has 12 volumes (108 chapters). I've read the whole thing from the start to the end. In the beginning I liked Light cause he looks cool and still innocent. Then, he starts to change to a completely different person. Sigh. I guess people do change... Still, I think Oba Tsugumi has done a great job in character development. I mean, you don't expect Light to be the same as always right? Death Note really makes it's user miserable.
The art is fantastic, amazing or whatever that has the same meaning. Obata Takeshi ( Heard this name somewhere before? Think Hikaru no Go) has also done a great job. It's clean and it's not like any other mangas. The art work really suits the story and plot. It's not like other mangas where the girls have big bug eyes. Thankfully, the girls here are normal and more realistic ( except Misa).

Ooh... It's going to be the end of December very soon, marking the start of a new year - 2007. I'm dreading this year really. I haven't finished any of my holiday homework. I haven't revise anything on Form 1 and Form 2 topics. I going to sit for my Penilaian Menengah Rendah and Piano Grade 7 next year. Oh, jolly.
I washed my school tie today, which I haven't done for a long long time. Maybe a year? Guess what colour the water that I used to soak my tie in was? DARK BROWN. Eww.. Disgusting. How did I manage to wear that tie for around 10 months? Yuck.
I'll not be in Raub for the New Year. I'll be in Genting. No. Not the theme park. I'll be celebrating the New Year with my parents in Awana. Most probably trying to finish my last bit of homework. Yippee. I'm so "excited".
My year 2007 resolutions.
1. Wake up early in the morning and exercise for 10 minutes.
2. Study hard with great determination everyday.
3. Prepare self for PMR and Piano Grade 7 exam.
4. Practise piano everyday.
5. Do not by any cause pick a fight with any newbie teacher even if they irritate you like that Mr. I'm-Getting-Married-Soon-So-Hear-My-Love-Story.
6. Be active in school activities.
7. Be a good daughter, sister, cousin, niece, grand-child, and friend.
8. Treat my friends kindly and restrain from shouting at them for being idiotic. Gotta stay cool and calm.
9. Act like a good senior.
10. Be more responsible. Think before I act.
11. Be more careful when spending money.
12. Restrain self from reading manga and watching anime everyday.
13. Finish all homework on the day given.
14. Restrain self from blurting out things that hurt people's feelings.
15. Do all of that without changing into a completely different person.

New Year and Christmas is getting near and it’s just so BORING. Raub doesn’t even look as if those two great celebrations are just around the corner. Just the same old Raub… I can even imagine the dust or whatever balls they show in those cowboy movies. This is getting mad. I’m beginning to think how I managed to live here in my house in Raub for so many years. It’s just so boring now. Even manga and anime can’t cure me, thanks to the stupid internet connection I have here. Oh, bishonen, please come and save me! Yeah right, as if a bishonen will suddenly jump out of a manga book.

Yeah, I know, it's kinda late since my birthday was on 20th December. I getting lazy now and piggier by the minute. I'm too lazy to even online. And I sleep for 12 hours every day? This is definitely not normal.
The birthday party didn't go as plan but well, nothing is perfect. I got a lot of presents and the most creative one was from Adeline. A "Best Friend" award. And the cutest was from Jon-gor and Jenny-jie. Me to You teddy bear! And the weirdest was the phone call from Jeremy-gor.
It was a great birthday but nothing to brag about. The day after, I had tuition at Pn.Leong's. And the weirdest thing that happened or did not happen in the tuition was? The noisiest guy in class (last year till recently I think) was quiet and did not interupt the teacher at all during the whole lesson. That was certainly weird. And maybe a miracle? In the end, the noisiest was me and Adeline I think. It's not my fault! She kept making me laugh and laugh and laugh. God, I don't look sophisicated at all now.
I'm a year older now. And nearer towards getting:
Driving license,
Independence,
Crazy.
My birthday wish?
I wish to get rich fast so that I can retire by 30+ like Bill Gates. Then, I can travel around the world and enjoy the treasures of life. How? By discovering aliens, espers, time travellers, dream merchants and fairies! Yeah, I'm joking. This is not my real wish but I wouldn't mind if this came true anyway.

Battle Royale (2000)
Heh heh heh. This is a really nice movie to watch. For those who are scared of watching bloody scenes, I advise you.. DON'T WATCH IT. For those who aren't, and like scary movies that make you scream "Kowaii!!" or "Itai!" when you see students killing off one another... I'll be an angel and tell you WATCH IT! Wakakakakakakaka. I'm mad. This is a really great J-movie! Hopefully I will not get nightmares tonight. I can't wait to watch Battle Royale 2. But I have to finish my homework so I can't watch it today...
*Ahem* Actually, I only wanted to watch it at first cause Tatsuya Fujiwara's it. And this is not a new film... But when I started watching it, I was like... My god... This is so scary... But I love the plot! Adults forcing students to kill students. Why? I dunno... I didn't pay attention at the beginning. I think something about crazy Japanese government. Or adults starting a game in the name of justice! This is scary (How many times have I typed that phrase out?), I don't think I'll be attending school trips for a long time.

Hatsune (left), a girl who did not have a single girlfriend and boyfriend before meeting Kirie (right). Reason? She has grown up with a family of men. A father and five astonishingly bishonen brothers that loves and cares for her a lot. So what’s the problem with that? I would love to have bishonen as brothers (hear that Jonathan? Jeremy?)
Okay, I’ll spill it. She has “bad mouth”. What comes out of her mouth isn’t exactly what she wants to say. In the end she’ll regret it and start making a lot enemies without meaning it.
Example:
Girl A dropped her eraser. Hatsune wants to help her. But, she ends up kicking her eraser away. “Hahahahaha. Serves you right!”
Get it? If you don’t…
Example 2:
A group of girls are planning to go for karaoke. Hatsune wants to join them but… “Do you think that your singing is so nice? What’s the use of going to a karaoke bar?”
She has also been shunned away by all of the school clubs for her rudeness and being arrogant.
This is what she told them : “I find an amazing club! Better than yours!”
Well, I think that’s what she told them. Something around those lines.
In the end, the Maiden’s Club did accept her. Kirie, the club president becomes her first ever friend. Unlike Hatsune, Kirie grew up with 3 sisters so he has a bad habit. Each time he gets 6 inches close to a girl, he can’t help to notice their flaws and have an urge to fix them up. Of course, girls ran away from him thinking he’s mad. Hatsune didn’t run away from him, as she thinks that he’s gay and soon made him her mentor (She wants to be more lady-like.). She really likes Kirie and will beat anyone who insults Kirie. Kirie does the same to Hatsune. When he found out that Hatsune’s being bullied, he organised a Special Event in the Maiden’s Club.

About Maiden’s Club:
A club that which Kirie made. He wants to make girls happy like his sisters. Oh, I forgot to tell you. Kirie is a, in my opinion.. Professional make-up artist. He loves to help his sisters get ready. That’s where he got his unusual habit.
This club has I think 5 or 6 hidden bishonen members. (This manga is full of bishonen!) They helped Kirie in the special event and to deal with Hatsune’s girl enemies.
